 WHY  YOU CHOOSE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE  IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY?

           Hi Everyone! I am Kriszel Mae A. Quirante a 2nd year college at Cotabato Foundation College of Science and Technology  .Why I choose Bachelor of Science in Information Technology? First of all, I was encouraged to take the BSIT course because my best friend's sister graduated from BSIT and she said there are lot of  opportunities in this course especially when applying for jobs and also, there is no board exam in IT but if you want, you can take the exam in the service sector. I don't know why I went to this course, maybe I was encouraged or something! HAHAHA I don't really know because I was a GAS student in my senior high school and my plan was to take a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration course. But hello I don't know how I became a BSIT student hahaha. In the first year first semester, I seemed to enjoy this course especially when one of our Instructors said that we were going to make a calculator when i heard that i was really excited, and I said to myself wow hahaha we are going to make a calculator and I was really curious about how to do it. But I was really shocked that we were coding for that project and then I also found out that every number or sign had a coding, I really didn't expect that. Oh, I became an IT without knowing anything. I have a story to share with you but take note, don't laugh. I called my mom and I cried a lot because there was a lot to do at that time, like System, Website and even more work in the minor subject. Maybe I haven't adjusted to College life and it's also my first time going to a boarding house because I  grew up with my family  in my studies at Elementary and High School. And let's go back to when I called my mom and she said, oh why are you crying? I said i want to stop studying, I don't want to take this course anymore, why did I become an IT without knowing what to do, I thought I was just going to do documents HAHAAH. At that time, one of my friends who is also my classmate heard the conversation between my mom and me and he said, don't cry, don't stress because we're the same AHAHA. I am really thankful to the people who were a part of my college life because when you feel down, they are still there to support you. So even though this course is difficult, I will try my best to finish this course because all courses are difficult, you can't get everything right away if you don't go through hardship. before i end this i want to tell everyone that before you rush into your decision think first if you want this.
